What is Drastic + Dramatic

It was a small world

I was reading through a bunch of scenarios in this game called "Mind Trap." Most of them are pretty lame (Q: if a plane crashes exactly on the border of Canada and the U.S. where do they bury the survivors? A: You should know that it's quite savage to bury people (survivors) alive...), etc. Well, one of them asked something like if you built a huge concrete something that weighed a trillion tons, how much would the earth gain in weight.... The answer is none, cuz the concrete was made with materials from the earth. I thought that one was stupid too. But it made me think later of something I liked. I thought of something that perhaps has made the world heavier over time. I believe in the Adam and Eve approach to human infestation of Earth. So, even though babies grow inside tummies of mommies, they come out and grow to be heavy. Then they die and their bodies are buried in Canada and the U.S. respectively. So, first they come from Heaven, not from Earth..... But their bodies don't leave after death. So do you think that's made the earth heavier? Or would that even affect the weight of the earth? Am I missing anything? Am I just dumb and like my own ideas a lot?

I think spirits come from heaven, not bodies. Babies are still nurtured in their mothers belly by the fruits that their mom eats. They only grow because of the matter that is fed to them through her. And we only get fat when we take matter from the earth. "Matter is neither created nor destroyed, it only changes form." - Al Einstein

The idea is hurting my head. If I had to say I would say, that It weighs the same. Unless your counting all the comets that have hit earth. But your probably not.

i see what i was missing, anonymous.....I think. Bodies don't come from heaven, they're nourished by food, but they don't come from earth, either. we gain weight because of food....but it goes in one end and out the other. If we held in all the food we ever ate, we'd be large indeed, and as heavy as whatever we put in us. And anything we'd get would be from the earth, so the earth would weigh the same. But, though the food nourishes us, our bodies are something else entirely. Don't you think? I'm just thinking out loud here, still not sure of all I'm incorporating/fully wanting to think.
I'll have to think longer on your Al Einstein quote...."matter"....
Maybe we make the earth heavier cuz we deposit waste....like what we eat weighed less than the waste our bodies create out of it? hmmmm

I'm pretty sure the bible says that man was formed of the dust of the ground, which leads me to believe that man comes from earth and hence passes earth on. we also learn that from dust we came and unto dust we shall return. Plus, the law F=Gm1m2/r^2 tells us that if the mass of the planet increased, the force of gravity would also increase. This would throw all kinds of wrenches in the big mans plans. for instance, if gravity increased, the moon would become closer and closer to us, since gravity is what keeps the moon and anything else in orbit. Eventually, the moon might just crash into earth, and I think that would be the end of life!

Instead of passes earth on, I meant passes away back to the earth.

okay yah. you win. i really am not a fan of thinking too deep into things. Physics major, anonymous?? I bet you really got that fgm1m2r2 something or other from a word verification thing you have to do to even leave the comment you left......i don't know. smells like dirt

just totally kidding! perhaps our first parents indeed were made from dust of the earth, I can't say I know what that means, exactly. I don't really care. But then the rest of us came egg after sperm after egg. parts of other people. which parts are not exactly ingested for us to be created. those sperm and eggs are parts we develop with whether male or female respectively. don't you see what i mean? we don't come from food, it nourishes us. it makes our already muscles, tissues, bones, organs all bigger, heavier. so if our bodies don't directly come from the earth, there's a possibility that minute weight adds as each body stays behind and new ones just keep coming. It was just a thought. I don't think I really care......really.
